Fantastic Family Friendly Stay

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Cairns. the convenient location, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and accommodating staff made our holiday truly enjoyable. the only minor downside was the self-service nature of the apartments, requiring guests to clean and resupply amenities for longer stays.

Great and fantastic location close to the marina was a plus. Dined at Northerner Steakhouse, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

liked the place, had a very lovely stay for holidays. it was huge, tidy and in all three bedrooms. the staff was helpful, always there to help. the hotel was in an unbeatable location near to cairns for shopping, directly opposite the biggest shopping mall in cairns and shopping centre, market, public transport.

Absolutely great hotel with free parking and FANTASTIC location to large shopping center. Plenty of great food. Location close enough to the sea and shops/ supermarkets and Cairns City Apartments.

We loved the spacious three-bedroom units here and the staff were all lovely and wonderful.

Excellent location, just opposite to shopping center and few minutes walk to the pier, very friendly and helpful staff , will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to cairns

Location was excellen and the apartment was big and functional. A few little issues were solved very quickly by the managers. A lovely place to stay and we wil definately be returning again.

Maybe just to make sure there is 6 of everythig - glasses etc. needed more blankets as it was cold - but these were provided quickly. The cleanliness of the apartment initially was questionable with hair in the ensuite toilet bowl and bathtub. Otherwise a pleasant stay and we will definately return

The location here is amazing with free parking, the restaurant is good with delicious food, and the staff are excellent!

We thought the apartment was well situated and very well appointed. Courtney and the staff were very helpful and polite.The hotel was clean and very well presented. Very good inclusions and well priced.

about the only good thing about our stay was that no one bothered us which suited us fine.

the unit needed a good cleaning there was food scraps under the fridge dust and cobwebs , chipped and broken tiles,and grime in the showers.the furnishings was of a poor standard not comfortable to lounge in.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptional. the location was great and stunning, so close to the Harbour. - It was not too far from Spoonies Fro-Yo, we ate there a couple of times.

was a nice apartment

the spa smelt terribly and had pubic hair in the jets aswell as black dirty stuff when i put disenfectant down the jets, the fridge had mould in it and also required 2 services while i was there, the BBQ that was advertised as an inclusion was not and i felt was false advertising as i wanted to use this, they also took an extra deposit of $250 for cleaning the room if they felt it was not presentable, i aslo contracted scabies i believe from their bed i would certainly not stay there again

My husband, adult son and myself enjoyed our stay in Cairns. Luckily weather was perfect, apartment was clean and location suited us well. We thought the furnishing though adequate was sparse. We would have liked another lamp in the bedroom and perhaps a glass jug in the kitchen - to use in the microwave. The microwave was replaced promptly, when we could not use it. The gentleman who brought it in and the girl in the office could not have been nicer - I would recommend the apartment to other people and would use it again ourselves if and when we return to Cairns.
